JG Accounting Services Inc. is currently seeking a qualified candidate to join our team in a part-time or flexible capacity. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely with self-directed scheduling.

Qualifications:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is required
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial recordkeeping
- Experience with bank reconciliations, general ledger entries, and maintaining financial records for small businesses

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine bank reconciliations
- Record and manage general ledger transactions
- Maintain accurate financial records for multiple small business clients under the JG Accounting Services Inc. umbrella

Did you form a new business in 2024 or have an existing business from a prior year still operating in 2024, if so PLEASE READ. You must file the BOI (Beneficial Ownership Interest) form on the Fincen.gov site. There are substantial penalties for not filing in the thousands of dollars. If you have an LLC, Partnership, Scorp, C corp or any organization like a trust , this form MUST BE FILED. Make sure you do. If you started a business in 2024, you have 90 days to report this information.

If you have not filed this yet and need help. Please reach out. We will be filing for a save fee.


If you start a new corporation, LLC, Trust or partnership in 2025 you only have 30 days to report it from the start date.. This is not an annual filing requirement. https://boiefiling.fincen.gov/
