I'm here in Kansas City for Creative's 2025 Summit financial advisory event (Top 200 advisors in the nation) and we had some pretty cool speakers, but some that stood out were more shows than speakers. Oz Pearlman the mentalist blew our minds yesterday (IYKYK) and we wrapped up today with Bryan Neale, a Super Bowl NFL referee. He'll be doing the Eagles Rams game.

I tried to squeeze a pick out of him and he wouldn't take the bait. But we did have some fun with his gear and Super Bowl ring. It was 16° this morning. Off to the Main Event for dinner and back to the sunshine state tomorrow.

Do I look like a natural NFL referee or what?
