Over the years, I gained hands on experience in several key roles—including Loan Processor, Junior Underwriter, and Closing Coordinator—before becoming a full time Mortgage Loan Advisor in 2000. Throughout my career, I’ve been honored with recognition from the Oakdale CVAR Board, multiple Production and Presidents Club awards within my company, and most recently, the Readers’ Choice award from the

Oakdale Leader/OER for ten consecutive years. Oakdale has been home since I was ten years old. I graduated from Oakdale High School, continued my education at Modesto Junior College, and ultimately earned my bachelor’s degree from Stanislaus State. Athletics played a big role in my early life—I competed at the collegiate level in state and national events and even set a few school records along the way. Raising my two children here has been one of my greatest joys. We’ve spent countless days camping, cheering at youth sports events, and enjoying time on the golf course. The golf course remains one of my favorite places to unwind and connect with friends, clients, and family. I am currently licensed in the State of California, and the majority of my business proudly serves clients throughout the Central Valley.

For those of you that have been in the RE business for many years, you may recognize this chart. I think my first chart I used had loan amounts between $50,000 - $300,000 and rates between 6-9%. Wow how times have changed as this chart is $150,000 - $600,000 on the loan amount and 5-7% on the interest rates.

Match up the loan amount with the interest rate to calculate the principal and interest payment on a 30 year fixed rate mortgage. Property Taxes, Homeowners Insurance, and MI/PMI (if applicable) are additional.
