✨ Реальность: Большинство думают, что она стоит в 3 раза дороже, чем на самом деле.
Term Life Insurance может обойтись $2 в день — дешевле, чем чашка кофе

Миф 2:
«Мне ещё рано.»
✨ Реальность: Чем моложе и здоровее вы, тем ниже цена.
Ждать — значит платить дороже. А иногда — потерять саму возможность оформить полис (из-за потенциальных проблем со здоровьем)

Миф 3:
«У меня уже есть страховка от работы.»
✨ Реальность: Работодатель обычно покрывает всего 1–2 годовых дохода.
А для настоящей защиты семье с детьми, которые зависят от вашего дохода нужно хотя бы 10 годовых зарплат.

И я сейчас про life insurance.

Ещё один клиентский кейс — обратилась ко мне семья, которые приобрели life insurance для своих детей.

Первое, что я спросила:
— С какой целью вы купили эти полисы?
Ответ:
— Чтобы накопить на колледж.
Звучит логично.

Но когда я увидела полис — стало очень грустно.
Родители платят $64.50 в месяц за 9-летнего ребёнка.

Покрытие — $50,000

И к 19 годам там накопится… $4100.
💬 4100 долларов за 10 лет регулярных платежей.

О каком колледже тут вообще может идти речь?

❌ Никогда не покупайте страхование жизни как инвестиционный счёт

Это всё равно что пытаться инвестировать внутри своей автостраховки. Звучит странно? Потому что это действительно странно.

📌 Life insurance — это защита дохода.
Кто приносит доход — того и страхуем.
Дети не зарабатывают. Значит, они не нуждаются в страховании жизни.

Единственный, кто выигрывает от полиса на ребёнка — это агент
Он получает ту же комиссию, как если бы продавал взрослый полис. Только без лишних вопросов.

💡 Хотите копить на будущее детей?
Откройте им College Fund или UTMA (Trust) Account.

И вкладывайте туда деньги через mutual funds или ETFs.

Тогда это действительно будет работающая стратегия.

There is always volitility and economic change. It’s about TIME IN the market and not TIMING the market. If you aren’t in retirement or nearing retirement this is just another opportunity to invest.

You have until April 15th to max out your 2024 IRA and ROTH IRA contributions of $7000 annually and $8000 if you’re over the age of 50. 😉
