I wanted to hold on to a business that had ran it course and was not set up properly.
Our name was too specific.
I didn’t have any contracts or other documentation to protect my business.
My private information was exposed to everyone putting me at risk.
Worst our taxes wasnt filed for most of it existence.
Even though I needed to closed I still felt like I was burying a part of me.
However the anxiety I felt around ending it was the birth of a business I had talked so many times about.
I had to learn the hard way so I can help others.
