AVOIDING the most expensive decision Y’all out here making.

A lot of y’all aren’t “bad with money” y’all just scared to open the letter, check the score, or deal with what you don’t know. So you’re stuck where you’re at.

Why wait.
Weeks turn into months.
Then boom… the problem is louder, bigger, and way more stressful.

When an original creditor sells your debt, they no longer own the account.

What’s transferred isn’t a bill it’s a claim to collect, and that claim must be proven.

What changes:

• The original creditor is out
• The collection agency takes over
• The collector has no firsthand knowledge
• Everything they report must be verifiable

The debt buyer must prove:
✔ They legally own your account
✔ The balance is correct
✔ They have the right to collect
✔ The information is accurate and complete

No proof = no legal standing.
