We’re looking to add a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to our growing team at Taxdoc™, your local tax and accounting firm that helps small business owners and families with their bookkeeping and taxes year-round.
This is a full-time hybrid position — you’ll start remote, then transition to in-person in Austin (78731) as our office grows. It’s a great fit for someone who’s organized, proactive, and loves helping keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
💼 Role: Administrative Assistant
💵 Pay: $18–$22/hour (based on experience)
📍 Location: Hybrid – start remote, then in-person
🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday, full-time
You’d be supporting our Founder with scheduling, client communication, document management, and day-to-day operations. It’s a great opportunity to learn how a growing firm runs from the inside out.
