Most know that rougly 50% of businesses fail within the first five years.

The businesses that don't fail are surviving, or even thriving, because they have some clarity around their financial numbers and focus on cashflow (cash).

If you don't know your numbers, only look at your financials at tax time, and feel as though you never have enough cash to keep your business going and pay yourself, then you could be in the road to business disaster.
