Regarding the proposed water district consolidation in Wawayanda: I want to clarify a few points. This decision would ONLY impact residents who live within one of the five established water districts—not the entire town. The Town Board remains committed to transparency and has shared materials, including cost comparisons and consolidation scenarios. The Town Board has reached out to encourage all affected residents to contact the Supervisor's office directly with questions or to share your opinions on this matter if they are unable to attend the meeting. We are committed to providing more details and addressing concerns transparently which is the reason for a second informational meeting. That said, the public info meeting tomorrow (Feb 19 at 7 PM, Shannen Park) is a great chance to learn more and voice your thoughts.
Transparency benefits everyone—let’s discuss facts, not fear.

For everyone’s safety, it is critical that non-essential travel be avoided during severe winter weather. Staying off the roads allows emergency responders, utility crews, and highway departments to do their jobs efficiently, reduces the risk of accidents, and helps ensure that those who must travel can do so as safely as possible. Your patience and staying home can prevent serious injuries and keep our community functioning during the storm.

On the bright side, staying home does not have to be boring. This is the perfect opportunity to finally reorganize that closet you have been avoiding, catch up on a show you claim you “don’t have time” to watch, attempt a new crockpot recipe, or see how long it takes before your family starts arguing over board games. You can even shovel your walkway just to feel productive, then go right back inside and enjoy the fact that you did not have to drive anywhere.

Information about the Ambulance Department

The Town Board created an Ambulance District and Department in response to a critical and ongoing lack of emergency medical coverage within our community which had reached a critical status. When Mobile Life was bought out, gaps in reliable coverage became a growing concern for our residents’ safety. Recognizing the need for consistent, timely and professional emergency medical response, the Town Board took decisive action to create an Ambulance Department.
This decision was driven solely by public safety needs and was not related to any proposed warehouse developments. If warehouse activity were the determining factor, the Town would have needed to create one much earlier due to the presence of existing warehouses already operating within Wawayanda.

**America First: No Excuses, No Compromise**
Putting America first isn’t about politics—it’s about priorities. Our founders understood that a nation thrives when its people come first. Today, we need leaders who will *fix what’s broken* and refuse to settle for a weaker future for our children.

✅ Protect the jobs that feed our families
✅ Defend our freedoms
✅ Invest taxpayer dollars in America—not overseas

It’s time to rebuild our economy, strengthen our safety, and secure our families’ future. Every American deserves to win. The question is: **Which candidates will truly put YOU first?**
