Good Morning Nephi!! Taxes are due on April 15th, and the appointments available are starting to fill up. If you need a sit-down appointment, please go to my web site at

and set up an appointment that is convenient time and day. If the time needs to be different (earlier or later) just give me a call.

Or if you would rather, please stop my office (65 S Main ST) and drop off your documents for me to finish. I can contact you through zoom or on the phone to complete everything necessary.

If you would rather not come to the office I can send an encrypted email that you can reply too. And again I can complete your taxes without you coming to the office at all.

Whichever way you select, I am here to support Nephi's people--come on over and get'yer taxes done!!

Hi Nephi-personal taxes are due by April 15th, whether you have a small business included lets get your taxes out of the way for another year.

S-corps, partnerships and Trusts all need to be filed by March 16th or an extention sent in. I am available to help with a return or extentions.

Hi Nephi!! I want to thanks all the business owners that have come to my A+ Taxes LLC this season. There is still time to get S-Corp and Partnership taxes completed. The due date is March 16th this year (because March 15th is a Sunday). Sole proprietors do there business with their personal returns and are not due until April 15th.

A+ Taxes is ready to do your 2025 taxes this year. Business owners that complete: S corp, partnership, or C Corp filing--they must be filed by March 16th this year.
Sole proprietors filing a schedule C with their personal returns have until April 15th.

Hi Nephi,
This off season for taxes would be a great time to get those past years completed that haven't been filed. This will make you compliant with the IRS, and remember, if you are due a refund that can only be filed for three years. I have several examples of clients who didn't file in time and end up not getting their refund.
Please file on time! If you owe, then the problem becomes the penalties and interest that is tacked on for not filing/paying on time. There is no limit to how far back this can go. If you owe, even 10 years ago, you still owe.
Fresh start intiative might be a way to lessen your tax burdon. Check it out online. Any questions, give me a call.

Spring has arrived with the snows! I am enjoying the trees with the flowers and cannot wait for my roses to start blooming!

Spring brings off-season hours for my office which will be Tuesday 10 am to 1 pm and Wednesday noon to 2 pm. But I am available by phone for any appointment time that you need to fit your schedule. Just call me at 435-250-8400, if I am not in the office it will forward to where I am--so if I just say "hi" you got me!! lol

This spring and summer would be the best time to consult on taxes to make sure that you are on tract for a refund if that is your goal.
If you have a business and want to start making quarterly payments I can assist you!! I am also expanding my bookkeeping/payroll service for business owners.

If you are behind on doing your past year(s) taxes, now is a great time to get them handle during off-season. I encourage people to file their taxes, we only have three years to file for a refund. I have seen many clients lose refunds by not filing timely.

I am also available to do Notary work, especially when other locations are closed.

Hi Nephi!! The main tax season is over, now to plan for a better one next year. Set up a consultation with me to make sure i's are dotted and t's crossed to prepare for a REFUND in 2026!!
