✨How the Townsend Group Came to Be✨

A year ago, I bought this notebook... almost to the day. I was in a deep state of burnout, feeling lost and broken, unsure of what my next steps should be.

Needing space to think, I rented a small cabin by the water-a place I would come to call the Cabin of Healing. During a quick Target run for essentials, I stumbled upon this notebook. Little did I know, 1 would soon be journaling about the vision that would eventually become the Townsend Group.

I'm here to pay it forward. I've been incredibly blessed to have had two life-changing coaches, one of whom is the amazing .rice. I look forward to sharing more about this journey over the coming months, but for now, just know that you are WORTHY of new beginnings.
