Love this! I'll have a few running toward me on the other side. It is so very painful to loose our beautiful animal freinds. But when they are gone it is their wish that we carry on, that we rescue another beautiful soul and then when they are gone we do it once agian. Ever think about what is simply non negotiable?

Here's a few things I thought of
Work life balance
No more 9- 5 hours ( in my case it was 7-5 most days)
More rest and less stress
More time to spend with loved ones

Well It's been a long road and I haven't talked much about the journey. Today I feel like telling a little bit about my story. In 2019 I went from being a top trainer and teacher at a gym to having a major illness and complete immune system crash. I found out 9 months later I had late stage Lyme. I was literally dieing before a proper diagnoses came. With not only Lyme but very high levels of Epstien Barr virus ( off the charts) I was unable to work for nearly 2 years. Like most people who were always super healthy and still fairly young I was not prepared for this type of a set back on any level. I was forced to rethink everything in my life. I had to start over. I was alone and I had hit rock bottom. It was a really scary place to be. After many months of treatment things slowly begin to get better and out of the darkness came a bright light. Today I am grateful beyond words for the oppurtunitty in front of me and the incredible people in my life who have been there for me along the way. Sometimes storms come to clear our paths! Stay tuned more to come.
