🎊One year of homeownership 🏡

This milestone means more than just owning a home. It represents starting over, rebuilding, and believing it was still possible—even after divorce, relocating from Georgia to Alabama, and doing it all on one income.

There were many stages behind this moment… decisions, discipline, saving, improving my credit, and staying committed.

And here’s something many people don’t realize—I was able to qualify as a first-time homebuyer again because I hadn’t owned a primary residence in the past 3 years. That opened the door to opportunities I didn’t think I had anymore.

If homeownership is something you desire, I want you to know it’s still possible for you too.

When Aliya first reached out to me, she was all the way in Colorado preparing for a PCS move to Montgomery, Alabama.
