Insane shot of Super Red Moon over Sydney Opera House, Australia.😮
How's the Moon so big?
To achieve this surreal scale, an extreme telephoto lens (600mm+) was used from several kilometers across the water. This creates "lens compression," pulling the moon from the deep background and making it appear to tower directly over the architecture.
Months of waiting for the perfect lunar alignment and hours of scouting for the exact GPS coordinates led to this single, fleeting window of time. A study in patience and perspective, where the grand scale of the cosmos meets the height of human design.
