Too many small business owners:

❌ Base prices on what others charge
❌ Forget to factor in their own time and energy

Here’s a better way to think about pricing:

🔹 What does it actually cost you to deliver the service?
🔹 How much time, skill, and energy is required?
🔹 What transformation or outcome are you creating for your customer?

Set up Bank Rules to make your life so much easier.

If you’re tired of categorizing the same transactions every single month (gas ⛽️ , office supplies 📑 , software 💻 …), QuickBooks Online can totally do it for you.

It’s called a Bank Rule — and it’s basically a smart shortcut.

Here’s the deal:
➡️ You tell QBO, “Hey, every time you see Shell or Speedway, put it under ‘Fuel’ or ‘Auto Expenses.’”
➡️ QBO: “Got it. I’ll handle that from now on.” ⛽🧾

Less manual work. Fewer mistakes. More time for you to run your biz.

How to set it up:
1️⃣ Go to the Banking tab
2️⃣ Click Rules
3️⃣ Hit New Rule
4️⃣ Set your conditions + category
5️⃣ Save & done!
