- I hire very carefully. Sometimes taking 1 month or more to carefully assess behaviors.

- I make time to self reflect on emotions and actions.

Many times what we worry about never actually happens.

It is ok to look at the facts of where you are and make plans.
But, if one remains focused on the unknown, it can make one sick.

Worry about nothing. Pray about everything.
