Remember when your team was small enough that you could just walk over and talk to anyone about anything?
That works fine when you have a small team, but as you grow, it isn't sustainable.
When you continue to add more people, you can't always sit down with everyone like you did before.
You need actual systems for tracking work, for catching things before they fall through the cracks, and for keeping quality where it needs to be.

In its 46th year, this event brings together small businesses from all over Memphis, and getting to celebrate alongside our team and so many others was the real highlight. Congrats, Matt, and thank you to everyone who's part of this story.
