Namale’s Solution is Utilizing the UCc
My name is Dean Golden, Md I am working with [na-mal-e, meaning: we come in peace to work with and not against] the Namale Private foundation (NPf) 508 (c)(1)(a), that has a membership based private expressive association, (club) named the ‘Namale Home club’ (NHc). Then there is the Namale Institute (Ni), this is where the training and development of the NHc member to become a responsible, peaceful Sovereign, then at the same time a force to be reckoned with as they learn about the UCc’s and the Pure trust (Pt) provisions. NPf mission: to create ‘a sustainable and secure future for our families,’ through NHc’s mission: to have ‘a safe & affectionate environment for everyone.’ Ni’s mission: ‘to bring all who are willing and able into a place of living in peace as, responsible Sovereigns in community, doing away with debt.’
NHc is working with NHc members (-not the general public-) to help them stop the Banksters who are trying to take their homes away from them and to keep NHc members in their homes.
Families are being displaced each day by the Banksters through foreclosures, NPf finds this to be a very unethical and in most cases, it appears that the Banks may have been being deceitful and dishonest with the public in how they are making money off these notes. It has been discussed all over the internet on how this is played out and how fraud maybe at the core of this mystery. There is no real mystery, it is simply how Banking is done and how money is generated into our economy, if we just stopped and read the paper work before signing it or paying that first payment as the solution has been offered and the Banks had but told you that they are being paid many times over. Has anyone noticed that the Bank never signed the note? Way is that? How have they been paid and how many times has that note been paid and charged off? The answer to that can be discovered with a Forensic Audit. Read your Deed as it states clGoldeny that it was paid. The mystery is why are ‘We the People’ falling into such a trap? NPf is sounding a wake-up call to anyone who can hear and step into being a member of NHc that is open to the Bankers as well.
NPf, is wielding a solution that stops these Banksters from displacing NHc members from their homes with a ** a Non-judicial Administrative (NjA) process [this is an action that is outside of the court]. NPf are requesting that NHc members convey the land with improvements into the foundation via a ‘Quick clam Deed’ (QcD) as NPf will be sending this to the Banks with the NjA process. This will be recorded in Public Records then mailed out via Registered Mail. This is how we are calling them out into the Public ‘Field of Honor,’ as NPf are demanding them to show who they are, whom they represent and who is saying they have a claim of equity in the land with improvements. NPf is giving pre-notice, assigning liability and making this a self-executing document. ***When the Banksters try to come at the former property owner causing credit issues, NPf’s team of auditors will step-up and protect them using the provisions of the NPf as well as the Uniform Commercial code (UCc). “Hence, the sovereigns controlling the present NjA are viable enacted document certified sovereigns having UCc wielding power under Bauer-Rothschild trust foundation provisions.”
NPf will be holding the land in allodium conveying the ownership of the Allodial Title to the Republic State where it is located in. The improvements will be managed within the NHc via an Occupant agreement (Oa). The NHc program is to manage the land with improvements that are in the NHc for the Emergency to Transitional to Permanent (Etp) housing program. It is understandable that the member of NHc maybe dealing with difficult circumstances, NHc member will be able to pay a reasonable start-up fee. This is what NHc is calling their Emergency Housing phase. (Ehp)
When the family shows that they have a stable income and ability to manage a monthly payment; they are ready to move into the Transitional Housing phase (THp). They are paying about 20% of their gross income towards housing and utilities. Education is the key in developing a sustainable and secure future for the families that are going though NHc program.
The NHc guest is offered the opportunity to participate with mentors as well as participate in educational and financial workshops that are binging offered through Ni. Using these tools for asset management and asset accumulation, the families will be learning how to create a sustainable future for their families and their heirs for generation to come. With this education they will be equipped to stay ahead and prosper, as well be able to manage their own Pt as either a foundation – institute or group. When they are ready to move into their own permanent abode, it will be in their role as Managing Director, via the occupant agreement. This is what NPf is calling the Permanent Housing phase (PHp).
NPf is setting up a Bank account for each home that will accept the occupancy agreement payment the name on the account will be the street name then the house number. NPf will be managing the account on behalf of the NHc member to save towards their future as well as cover any expenses relating with their participation with NPf, NHc and/or the Ni.
NPf will be utilizing a Participating Debenture with the “Right to Inherit unit (RIu).” These unites are NPf’s way of sharing with the families, by participating with NHc member as an investor in the monthly cash flow and accumulation. RIu will be exchanged for the training that is being offered through Ni who has prepared them to be responsible Sovereigns as Trustees and Managing Directors of Pt. The responsibility of the account will be transferred to the newly appointed Managing Director over their Pt, and along with convince of the holding of the Allodial Title and their Occupancy agreement, realizing that “the lot shall be an inheritance.” This will affect not just their family’s participation but also their future generations inheritance.

**Non-Judicial Administrative process (NjA)is governed as all contracts by the Uniform Commercial code (UCc). The UCc is the in sole present international law since the 1930 Geneva Convention under the following trust foundation requirements. At that time, the international community was bankrupted as of the specie plunder issue. All laws outside the UCc have been suspended since that time and it remains the law of the sole viable international trust foundation created, accepted, and recognized government of the United Nations with Nato their military force cited in Chapter 3, §32 of the Charter of the United Nations 1945 (suspended Pl [Points of law]). If any claimant declares any and/or all forms past, present and/or future judgment (mortgages, liens, encumbrances, etc.) against the former property owner causing credit issues, the said trust will pursue with zeal a cause for action against the claimants oath for the Office andor “all” other bonds, sureties, indemnification, insurance and/or Court Registry Investment System (CRIS) CUSIP numbers and full-accounting relating in any way to anyone’s personal or professional involvement under UCclaw. Initial charges that will further include many more against the claimant, will be having no authority unto operate and/or act under the international bankruptcy that will cause said claimant unto cease and desist all operations whilst said trust will file same NjA against them with the latter taking control of claimants land and/or assets as compensation. The court will rule a dismissal in our favour being allowed existence under compelled benefit by said trust.

2) Namale Private Agreement in Common law
This agreement is with NPf for working on the Non-Judicial Administrative process, and then if and when anyone is comforting the former property owner causing credit issues for our members, our team of Auditors will jump into action.
3) Namale Home club Occupancy agreement
Then the Occupancy Agreement is just that the NHc member is paying into an account for their privilege to occupy the abode.
4) Namale Institute (Ni)
The Ni will be under the leadership of the Managing Director of Education, Colonel Dale and the team from NPf. NPf and the Ni will be offering training and development of the NHc member to become a responsible, peaceful Sovereign, then at the same time a force to be reckoned with as they learn about the UCc’s and the Pure trust (Pt) provisions. Not only will the members be learning from this education they will also have opportunities to participate in workshops on how to use the services of a Bank, these are being offered through the Banks Community Reinvestment Departments. NPf goal is to develop a very friendly working relationship with the Banks and NHc members.
