October used to be my favorite month of the year. It's tough to beat the cool weather, the beautiful leaves on the trees, pumpkin spiced everything, getting the kids dressed up for Halloween and closing it out with my birthday.
But January has officially become my favorite month. Every January we all look back at the previous year, we look at our growth, we look at our accomplishments, we look at all of the places we've been, and people we've met. Every January I'm amazed at how much can be accomplished in one year both personally and professionally.
Year after year it becomes more obvious to me that the most powerful force in the universe is the power of compounding. The power of compounding growth does not only apply to money. The power of compounding applies to everything in life, our knowledge, our relationships, ours leadership abilities, it's truly amazing.
January brings so much excited about everything that was accomplished the year prior, but it allows you to get even more excited knowing this next year you can and will accomplish even more. So cheers to all of your success in 2022, and cheers to all that you will accomplish in 2023. Set your goals high and your expectations higher.
