We are still at it. It may not be this year, but we are completing coursework to be able to offer basic tax prep or personal taxes soon. We do have a couple of partner CPA's that can handle anything. Let us know if we can help in any way!

After a rocky year, we're still here. I really hated to give up, so I stuck with it because I enjoy insanity! Still working on processes and procedures, but we're close to taking on clients once again. (as long as no more trees fall on the house!)
The latest step was getting recertified in QBO, which was just finished. Next is payroll certification, advanced certification and Xero certification.

One client, 2 businesses, 1 mess. It's ok. I like solving puzzles. We're stocked up on ibuprofen and will look for something stronger if needed :) Plus a couple cases of coffee. We're good to go. I am very close to having the setup finished which is a critical thing to have set up correctly. It won't be perfect, but neither am I. I would rather make minor tweaks than to have to do a major overhaul.

My plan is to throw updates out here as I get information that others may find interesting if, for nothing else, to increase their own knowledge base. Could be tax notices from the IRS, business or personal. It could be new software reviews and thoughts from some of the "Tech Stack" that I am setting up. There are always newer things coming out especially since "we", those that do this work for a living, are involved in the conversation. It's only going to get better.

If you need an accountant for taxes, I have one to refer you too. If you need bookkeeping at any degree, Talk to me and we'll see what you need and discover solutions. I also have contacts I can refer you too for more in depth discussion if I can't help.

We are open for business. We are now accepting clients. If you have a small to medium business and are behind in your books, or if you don't have any books yet, or maybe you are caught up, but really hate keeping your books caught up, you need to give us a call. We have a passion as well and that is to keep your books current and give you reporting that will help you understand where you are on your journey to where you want to be. It is very hard to make decisions based on a "shoebox" full of receipts, or your latest bank statement. Our passion is numbers that make sense.

LLC is complete! Permits are filed and have been preliminarily approved. I guess I can officially say I am finally ! I've had to do a couple things a little different, but we are up!

What does this all mean? You own a business. size isn't necessarily important. You have dreams about what your business can do and you have goals to reach.
