If your taxes were done in another software or by another tax professional - they will become your new tax professional. If they create an error on your return and the return is rejected - that error has to be corrected in the same software. One of my golden rules is to never go behind another tax professional once you have made a decision to leave.

Its important to understand that jumping from one preparer to another doesn't guarantee a "bigger refund" if we all are following the same tax law.

Our goal is to educate and keep you debt free.

When you become a client - you become family! Having compassion for people is what drives Agape Tax $ HR Services as a tax professionals - money will come and go but how you make a person feels last forever.
