She stopped asking Google and started asking women who'd been there.

That was the turning point.

Not because the internet doesn't have answers — but because it doesn't have her answers. It doesn't know her fears, her history, her specific "what if." It can't sit across from her, look her in the eye, and say "I've been exactly where you are, and here's what helped."

Tabbin Almond shared a moment on the show that still gives her chills. She'd been told her mammogram looked absolutely fine — just a quick ultrasound to follow up. But then the doctor went quiet. Looking at the screen instead of her, taking measurements, saying nothing. 🌿

Here's an exercise I do with almost every woman I work with: write down where your money actually goes. Then write down what you say matters most to you.

Then compare the two lists.

For most of us, there's a gap. Not because we're careless — because our spending runs on autopilot while our values live somewhere else entirely, quietly waiting to be prioritized.

The goal isn't perfection. It's alignment. Small shifts, over time, until your money starts reflecting the life you actually want.
