❤️ A HEARTFELT THANK YOU FROM FUN HOUSE PIZZA & PUB ❤️

After 58 wonderful years of serving Independence, Missouri, it is with a very heavy heart that we announce that Fun House Pizza & Pub will be closing our doors for good on October 18, 2026.

For 58 years, you have been so much more than customers to us. You have been our friends, our neighbors, and a part of our family. We have watched families grow, celebrated special occasions, shared countless pizzas, and created memories that we will cherish forever.

You have supported us through the years, welcomed us into your lives, and helped make Fun House what it is today. We cannot begin to express how much that has meant to us.

Closing our doors is heartbreaking, but we are incredibly grateful for every single person who has walked through them. You have given us 58 years of memories, friendships, laughter, and love that we will carry in our hearts forever.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you, Independence, for 58 amazing years. Thank you for supporting our family, our business, and our dream.

We hope you will come see us one more time before October 18 and share one last pizza with us.

58 years of memories. A lifetime of gratitude. ❤️

With all our love and appreciation,

Your Fun House Pizza & Pub Family

Our final jobsite this week is IAA (International Architects Atelier.)

We have been contracted to perform a bit of demo, hang & finish the drywall, and paint their office space. While attention to detail matters in everything we do, working alongside architects demands flawless execution—and our team delivers every time!

Municipal Auditorium is next on our highlight tour.

We were contracted to paint the hallways that the UMKC Basketball players use to enter the auditorium as well as update the paint inside the auditorium to a grey color (you can see the original yellow/beige in the last photo.)

We hope the new colors in the hallway help to hype up the players as they prepare to enter a game!

Today we are highlighting the South Metro Fire District Expansion.

We were contracted to install the trusses, sips, structural and interior framing, hang & finish the drywall, finish carpentry, and the ACT.
These photos show just how methodical it is to install trusses - lots of precision, communication, and safety goes into a day like this!

Today's "Project Of the Day" is Adrian High School Gym Addition.

We have been contracted to do the exterior and interior framing as well as the rough carpentry, drywall, and FRP. Our employees have been working hard to create a flawless end product, and as you can see, they also enjoy the playground equipment during breaktime!!

This week we are going to highlight a "Jobsite of the Day!"

Today is the Chick-Fil-A in Overland Park. We were contracted to install the wall covering in the kids play area.
The feedback we've received is worth sharing - "I appreciate how easy your team has been to work with and how helpful and agreeable everyone is. Josh and his crew did a phenomenal job. We met the CFA PM on site today and he said that is the best wall covering installation he’s ever seen, with that print, on all of his projects across the country! Great job!"

We couldn't be more proud of our team!
