This is a Real Estate Campaign – cold calling & qualifying prospects who have properties to sell. We are in partner with different Real Estate companies/Investors based in the U.S. gave us the full trust to handle all the calls coming in and out to pitch for the customers’ properties to sell. We have 2 trusted agents that started the campaign and still counting. We started last November 07, 2018,

and officially opened the production with just 2 agents. At this point, we have 6 Teams from different clients with 24 Cold Callers or Appointment Setters using the English language and 1 Bi-lingual agent (Spanish and English). They are located in different parts of the Philippines. Our main goal is to provide jobs to remote areas in the Philippines by working from home. Aside from our main goal, the main purpose of our business is to help other businesses or clients from the U.S. in the Real Estate Industry form or create a team of cold callers and assist them in managing the team. We do the process from hiring the team members - onboarding & training, up to Payroll and evaluation - Pay process, QA & dismissal, and/or replacement/substitution. We help them improve the team's productivity by managing the team - coaching, upskill, morning huddles, engagement, incentives, and rewards, etc. Supervising the team and overseeing all of their procedures & operation, we do take care of all the mundane tasks so our clients can focus on money-generating or profitable activities. We are 100% implementing INTEGRITY in our team. We hire people not only with good communication skills but with CHARACTER and then train their skills. It is the company's goal also to HELP other people. We do fervently aim to provide the best quality BUSINESS SUPPORT to our Clients.
