SBA 7(a) Loans- $500k up to $5 Million
Application Fee: $2500 (Upfront)

Documentation Needed:
1. 3 years In business
2. 3 years business tax returns gross at least 150k
3. YTD Profit & Loss
4. YTD Balance Sheet
Possible Use of Funds:

$Purchase equipment, inventory, supplies$ (etc)
$Pay off debt$
$Buy a physical location$
$Buy or Acquire an existing profitable business$
$Buyout a current business partner$
$If your business is renting its current location, you could buy the entire property$
Loan Terms:
10-20 year terms
11% interest
90% SBA Backed Loan
