My nephew was shot and killed in Los Angeles on Aug 12. He was in the crossfire and was shot by mistake. He was a very responsible man by making sure he had life insurance; however, he made his 10-year-old daughter the beneficiary. Marcus did not know that he should have put a contingent on his policy to take care of his funeral arrangements first and then the rest going to his daughter. His life insurance will be put into a trust for his minor daughter until she becomes of age. He did not know to have a portion of his policy set aside for funeral expenses, so we his family has set up a GoFundMe asking for help pay for his funeral expenses. Thank you!
