Do not ever use a tax preparer who charges a percentage of your refund. I just seen the worse case of fraud that I have ever seen, just so the tax preparer can charge more.

Kind of Funny, I was listening to a H&R Block commercial yesterday and they advertise pay only half of what you paid last year. My first thought was most of my clients will pay between 25 to 30 dollars and some even 15.00. But then they added it had to be over 100.00 in preparartion fees. About 90% of my clients pay less than a 100.00. LOL Block, My clients are better off staying with me.

Now I got one on Jackson Hewitt. A client came in and I saw last year Jackson Hewitt charge a women 200.00 for a 204.00 refund. You guys really have a heart and let her have 4.00. I charge her 50.00 this year, she netted 154.00. that is the Tax Terminators difference.

Really H & R Block Really! You should be ashamed. I seen what you did to a 85 year old lady with very little income and by law she did not even have to file ! You charge her over 200.00 for a 73.00 refund. You did not have enough integrity to tell her she don't have to file and it would cost more than the refund. I guess it is all about the money to you. Yes, she came to me this year, I told her she did not need to file. That is the Tax Terminator Difference ! ! !

A client of mine has call me and her husband passed away last January. I really like this couple and I still feel sad about it. I made a decision NOT to charge her this year. Sometimes it is not about the money, but having passion for your clients. That is the Tax Terminator difference, caring for people.
