1.In addition to preparing your tax returns, we also offer full service bookkeeping services for small business owners, and invite you to contact us if you're in need of a full service bookkeeper. Having income and profit and loss statements available monthly for your small business, helps you manage your business more effectively. In addition, they provide you with immediate documentation if you need to see a banker for a small business loan.

2. If you find yourself in a situation with the IRS where you need professional representation in front of an IRS agent, we invite you to contact us to discuss how we can help you.

3. We also provide advice to small business owners on how to structure your business in the most advantageous way possible, from a tax standpoint. We can help you understand the implications of each type of business structure, to insure you are doing what's in your best interests. HOW WE CHARGE:

For tax return preparation, we charge a flat fee, never hourly, and generally our flat fee is approx. $350.00. For bookkeeping work: $65.00 per hour with a minimum of 350.00/mth. For IRS resolution work: $2500.00 per case or higher, depending on time and circumstances.
