Opt-Out of Unsolicited Credit and Insurance Offers
The Fair Credit Reporting Act allows SageStream to include your name and address on prescreen lists used by creditors and insurers for sending you unsolicited offers of credit or insurance. You can elect to have your name and address removed from such prescreen lists compiled by SageStream by requesting to opt-out. You have a choice to opt-out from receiving unsolicited offers of credit or insurance for a period of five (5) years, or permanently.
If you would like to opt-out, you may do so using one of the following options:
Submitting your request securely, online by completing our Opt-Out Election Form
Submitting the completed Opt-Out Election Form by mail to: LexisNexis Risk Solutions Consumer Center, P.O. Box 105108, Atlanta, Georgia 30348-5108.
Calling us toll free at: 888-395-0277.
If you prefer to mail us your written request, please include the following information:
Your first name, middle name, last name (include Jr., Sr., III, etc.)
Your current address including ZIP code
Your current telephone number with area code
Your Social Security number
Your date of birth (month, day, year)
Indicate if your request is to opt out for five years, permanently, or to opt-in
Your signature on your written request
Your election will be effective no later than five business days from the date we receive your request.
Please note the following:
Removing your name and address from prescreen lists does not affect your ability to apply for or obtain credit or insurance.
While your name and address will be removed from the prescreen lists that SageStream provides to businesses for the purpose of making a firm offer of credit or insurance, you may continue to receive offers from sources that do not use SageStream to compile their prescreen lists.
Opt-In to Unsolicited Offers After Previously Opting-Out
If you have previously opted-out and decide to have your name and address included in prescreen lists provided by SageStream (“opt-in”), you can request to opt-in to creditors and insurers for sending you unsolicited offers of credit or insurance by using one of the following options:
Submitting your request securely, online by completing our Opt-In Election Form.
Submitting the completed Opt-In Election Form by mail to: LexisNexis Risk Solutions Consumer Center, P.O. Box 105108, Atlanta, Georgia 30348-5108.
Calling us toll free at: 888-395-0277.
If you are unable to print the Opt-In Election Form, you may mail us your written request and include the following information:
