Who is The Tax Diva? Kristina is The Tax Diva!
Kristina knows taxes. Kristina knows real estate. In addition to being a real estate owner and investor herself, for the past 20 years, she has provided financial and tax consulting to companies and their owners within the real estate industry and beyond. Well versed in Corporation and Partnership taxation, Kristina has a deep understanding of maximizing operating and asset values while reducing your tax burden. Investors, developers and construction companies see her as their trusted advisor and affectionately refer to her as “The Tax Diva”. Prior to joining Diverse City Realty, Kristina served as a Tax Manager with BDO LLP and CliftonLarsenAllen; both top 10 accounting firms in the nation.
Kristina has recently added real estate agent to her client service offerings, applying her solid business expertise and market knowledge in residential and commercial sales , leasing and management transactions. Kristina prides herself with staying abreast of market trends and property values to make sure her clients have the most precise and up-to-date information when making investment decisions. High ethical standards, cutting-edge marketing strategies and unparalleled professionalism is what you can expect when working with Kristina on your next real estate deal.
Kristina Mahoney was born and raised in Miami, Florida and moved to Houston in 2006. She graduated from the University of Miami with a Bachelors in Accounting (BBA), a Masters in Taxation (MST) and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Personal Financial Planning. She holds a Texas Real Estate Salesperson license and a Texas Life & Health Agent license. She is a member of the Houston Association of Realtors and National Association of Tax Professionals. When she is not working you can find Kristina spending time with her family, at a good happy hour around the city with her friends, traveling to new places and engaging in some form of exercise.
