Tracking your 1099 payments should NOT include any payments made by credit card or 3rd parties such as PayPal/Venmo/etc. These companies file their own paperwork with the IRS reporting those payments.

1099-NECs are due to all vendors/contractors by January 31st!

The deadline to submit to the IRS depends on your filing method. If you e-file, 1099s are due by February 28! If you paper file, you have until March 31 to get those post dated and out to the IRS.
