Knolls of Ardmore Knolls of Ardmore Community Association The Knolls of Ardmore is a 99 family neighborhood located in the Southwest quadrant of Fort Wayne.

Our Covenants state that Association dues are for 1) promoting the recreation, health, and welfare of the residents, 2) mowing of the grass and cutting weeds on the land occupied by the Storm Water Drainage System (SWDS, our commons areas), 3) payment of taxes and liability insurance in connection with the SWDS, 4) the care, preservation, supervision, improvement, maintenance and operation of the

SWDS including the storm water detention basins together with its outlet and water level control structures, and 5) other such community purposes as the Association may properly determine.
