Summit hosted our Annual Team Building Day this past Tuesday. An opportunity for our entire firm to come together, strengthen our culture, and reflect on the deeper purpose behind our work in the financial services industry. We are continually reminded that every client we have the privilege to serve creates a meaningful impact, not only in their own lives, but in the lives of their families as well.
We were also incredibly grateful for the chance to extend that impact beyond the office through a meaningful community initiative. Our team assembled 150 kits: featuring meals, snacks, and essential toiletries to support the clients of The Salvation Army of Allen County, IN.
We extend our sincere thanks to The Salvation Army for their unwavering commitment to serving the Fort Wayne community. It’s an honor for us to play even a small role in supporting their important work.
As we move forward, may we continue striving toward our goals, serving others wholeheartedly, and doing so with the guidance of God’s grace.
