🚨Verify Letters Are Out🚨
By now if it’s been over 21 days and you haven’t received your refund, you most likely need to verify your identity.
The IRS will send a letter in the mail for you to call in or go online to verify. We’ve seen a few common factors such as clients that are claiming new addresses, new dependents, and etc.
Here’s what you do:
1️⃣ Open your tax return for 2022
2️⃣ Begin the verification
3️⃣ Enter AGI & Refund amount
4️⃣ Enter the Last Four of Account Number (Locate the third party bank routing and account number for your refund)
5️⃣Call your Tax Preparer if you have any questions
6️⃣Your refund comes a week after this is done! 🫱🏼🫲🏽
