As a nurse consultant and a mom, I’ve learned that self-care is not selfish — it’s essential. Mothers spend so much time caring for everyone else that they often forget to care for themselves. Taking time to rest, nourish your body, protect your mental health, and ask for support when needed allows you to show up stronger for your family. A healthy mom creates a healthier home. Remember: you cannot pour from an empty cup. 💙
