OMNI Community Management, LLC.

OMNI Community Management, LLC. Anticipating needs and protecting assets. Originally OMNI was founded by Susan Oliver in 1996 under the name S. T. Oliver Co. The acronym is OMNI.

In 2004 the organization was incorporated and renamed Oliver Management, Inc. In 2009 our organization has changed its name to Oliver Management Network, Inc. Congratulation goes to Tonya Kalvass (OMNI accounting team member) for inspiring the design for the new logo. We included the word “Network” to show our commitment to education. Networking is communicating and sharing resources and informati

on. This has been and continues to be our goal with clients and the public. OMNI would like to share some of our accomplishments that led us to change our name. In 2009, we participated in the Community Association Institute’s “Adopt a Library Program”. The program helps local libraries promote harmony, effective leadership, and responsible citizenship in community associations. OMNI purchased the approved community association publications and have donated them to the Elk Grove Library. The publications give valuable information to anyone interested in learning more about the industry. We are proud to be part of this valuable program. Susan Oliver has been asked to speak at several forums for industry related organizations. She enjoys educating community volunteers and industry leaders. In 2008 she spoke on the topic of “Foreclosures”, and was awarded the 2008 “Speaker of the Year “award for the Community Association Institute of Northern California, along with co-speakers Rolf Crocker and Sandra Gottlieb. With our continued commitment to education and resource sharing we have become an industry leader and innovator of ideas and resources. Please explore our website to see for yourself.
