Here's a great example of how capitalization and depreciation of a business asset works.🧐 Some of my customers have been immediately expensing large purchases of assets💰 and I have been explaining the benefits of instead, booking the purchase as an asset on your balance sheet and depreciating the expense over time (the useful life period).🧾
