THE 6 WORSE ITEMS TO APPEAR ON YOUR
CREDIT REPORT !

1. Charge Offs - Missing 6 or more
payments , up to 110 point decrease.
2. Collections - Creditors hire third party to
collect debt from you! Up to 160 point
decrease.
3. Bankruptcies - After filing bankruptcy
your credit file will still show every item you
included in your bankruptcy.
4. Foreclosures - Your home will be
auctioned off. This limits your ability to
obtain new credit.
5. Tax Liens - Not paying taxes on your
property can lead to a tax lien reporting to
your credit file.
6. Lawsuits or Judgements - Some creditors
will take you to court and sue you for the
owed amount if the collection agency fails to obtain the debt owed

‼️DID YOU KNOW ...

Having a LATE PAYMENT on your report can drop your credit 50 to 150 points and most lenders won’t approve you for nothing! I got good news for you 😊 Sending a “Goodwill Letter“ to the original credit can have have your late payment removed and increased your scores tremendously!!!!

She only sent the first “Goodwill letter” and she actually EMAILED it to the CEO of Navient she didn’t even mail it!!!! She said had 9 student loans with 9 late payments EACH when she reached out to me on Tiktok (If you do the math that’s 72 Late Payments)

The avg rent is $2000 in America and we’re supposed to make 3x the rent which is $6000, which is $72,000. The avg salary in U.S is $51,000. The math ain’t mathing. 🫠

Charged off account should never be reported as “OPEN” on your credit report.

In order for an account to be charged off, it has to 1st be closed by lender, then written off as bad debt.

This is a common reporting mistake.

You can challenge this by similar writing a letter to the credit bureaus

“To Whom It May concern,
The following account was charged off by (original creditor/company) on (Month, year it was charged off), as of (todays date) this account is still being reported on my credit report as “OPEN”. This is a misrepresentation of my credit obligations and is causing monetary damages. I am requesting this account be deleted from my credit report if this is not corrected within 30 business of this letter”

Something along those lines, if not updated within 30 biz days, follow up and demand deletion.
