Omni Management Group, LLC is a back office and operational service company. Omni is seeking a Bookkeeper/Office Assistant which services multiple clients throughout Louisiana.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a bookkeeper/office assistant who can work independently with little to no supervision. As our Bookkeeper, you will support all the accounting/finance functions. With a small accounting department responsible, you will wear many hats and be an integral part of our organization so having some experience in all areas of accounting is vital to your success in this position.

Purpose:
Assist with daily accounting, reconciliation reporting, and key indicator reports.

Responsibilities:
• Assist with accounts payable
• Assist with accounts receivable
• Assist with bank reconciliation
• Assist with key indicator reporting
• Make bank deposits
• And any other task as needed

Position Requirements:
• Must be proficient in the use of QuickBooks, excel, word, and outlook.
• Experienced in all areas of accounting including A/P, A/R, Payroll, General Ledger, financial reporting, financial statements, budgeting, auditing, billing and month end closing
