Today marks 20 years with Ameriprise Financial, and I’m incredibly grateful.

Two decades ago, I joined this firm with plenty of ambition, a lot to learn, and a genuine desire to help people make better financial decisions. What I couldn’t fully appreciate at the time, but understand clearly today, is the lasting impact of a strong culture, exceptional colleagues, and a commitment to putting clients first.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with incredible clients through every stage of life. Together, we’ve navigated bull markets, bear markets, major life transitions, and historic events that tested all of us. One lesson has remained constant: this profession is about much more than investments and financial plans. It’s about trust, relationships, and being there when people need guidance most.

I’m thankful for the leaders who challenged me, the teammates who supported me, and the clients who have placed their confidence in me year after year. I’m also grateful that Ameriprise continues to empower advisors to build meaningful practices while providing the resources and support of a world-class firm.

Twenty years in, I’m more energized than ever about the future, the opportunities ahead for my clients, and the continued growth of my team.
