🚨🚨 Hello everyone I just wanted to clarify a few things concerning the Child Tax Credit Advance Payments. These payments are July 15th - Dec 15th, they are advancements for your taxes next year in 2022 for the tax year 2021. These payments are only the extra $1,800 for kids 5 and under which is $300 a month; $1,500 for kids 6-17 which is $250 per month. YOU WILL NOT BE RECEIVING $3,600 or $3,000

🚨🚨 ALL PORTALS ARE OPEN FOR CHILD TAX CREDIT ADVANCES - Non Filers, Those Who Want To Opt Out of the Payments, Those who want to Know How Much You Will Receive!! 🚨🚨The IRS will pay half the total credit amount in advance monthly payments beginning July 15. You will claim the other half when you file your 2021 income tax return. These changes apply to tax year 2021 only.

🚨Child Tax Credit PORTAL IS OPEN FOR Families WHO DON'T file tax returns can now register for the monthly Child Tax Credit (CTC) payments through the Internal Revenue Service's online portal. Eligible individuals who didn’t file their 2019 or 2020 tax returns or didn’t use the IRS Non-filers tool for stimulus checks should use the tool.
Individuals will need to provide the following to use the tool:
Full name.
Current mailing address.
Email address.
Date of birth.
Social Security numbers (or other taxpayer IDs) for you and your dependents.
Bank account number, type and routing number, if you have one.
Identity Protection Personal Identification Number (IP PIN) you received from the IRS earlier this year, if you have one.

CHILD TAX CREDIT PAYMENTS:
On July 15, the IRS will begin sending monthly payments of the Child Tax Credit to eligible families. As part of the American Rescue Plan, these payments are an advance on the Child Tax Credit eligible filers will claim on their 2021 tax returns.
🚨 be aware that when these payments are sent to you, you WILL NOT be eligible for a child tax credit for tax season 2021. Plan accordingly it is not free money
