When considering any career change, many questions may arise, such as: What will be my
responsibilities? How will I be compensated? The answers to these questions depend on many factors. When you sell insurance or financial services, you're not merely selling products, you're developing relationships. Your relationship with your customers, as well as the trust they place both in you and in the pro

ducts you offer, are critical components to your ultimate success. You'll also make a vital contribution to your community, and when you see the difference that can make, it's more fulfilling than you might imagine. Agents with the Charlotte Office provide very intimate services in the insurance and financial services marketplace. They meet with and know their clients on a personal level. The responsibilities of an agent include: contacting new people, meeting with them and fact-finding to gather necessary information regarding their present situation, providing analysis of situations and, ultimately, presenting solutions that help meet objectives. Midweek reminder to make time for the people and experiences that matter.

This past Wednesday I got to take my wife and sister-in-law to see Journey live, and it ended up being one of those nights you walk away from grateful for.

A few years ago, taking a random Wednesday night off like this probably wouldn’t have happened.

One of the things I appreciate most now is having more control over my schedule and being able to prioritize moments like these without feeling like work and life are constantly competing.

Still building. Still growing. Just more intentional about enjoying the ride along the way.

Happy Mother’s Day.

Grateful for the incredible moms in my life, especially the one who holds it all together day in and day out.

Watching the way she shows up—with patience, energy, and love no matter what the day brings—is something I don’t take for granted.

It’s a reminder of what really matters and who we’re doing all of this for.

To all the moms out there—thank you for everything you do, seen and unseen.

Built, not given.

Two weeks ago I had the chance to play in a tournament with three guys I get to work alongside every day—Mike Lowery, Lakeith Bradford , and Dan Ratajczak.

Grateful to be part of an event like this, not just as a player, but as someone who gets to stay connected and invested in the community.

That wasn’t always the case.

There was a time where most of my focus was just on learning, growing, and building the foundation.

Now, it’s not just about having more control over my time—it’s about the rooms I get to be in and the people I get to be around.

Competitive, driven, good people… that part matters.

If you’re someone who values that kind of environment and wants to build something similar, I’m always open to a conversation.

Built, not given.

5-day weekend with the people who matter most—Harbor Island, beach time, pool time, and a lot of moments that don’t show up on a calendar… but are the ones you remember.

This didn’t always look like this.

There was a season where weekends were for building—meeting people, learning the business, figuring things out. Not always convenient, but necessary.

That trade-off is what created this.

More control. More flexibility. More time where it actually counts.

If you’re someone who’s competitive and wants to build a life like this on your own terms, I’m always open to a conversation.

Just wrapped up a week in Dallas for the 2026 Partner Development Program (PDP).

This wasn’t open enrollment.
You had to qualify.

It brought together top performers from the first two 2024 Associate Partner cohorts — people who decided to compete at a high level from day one.

What stood out most wasn’t just the information (and there was a lot of it).

It was the room.

High standards.
Real accountability.
Open conversations about growth, leadership, and what it takes to build something meaningful long term.

And yes — some serious Texas BBQ and late-night conversations with friends who started this journey together in 2024.

That’s what I appreciate about this path:

If you perform, you get access.
If you grow, you’re developed.
If you commit, you’re surrounded by others doing the same.

If you’re the kind of person who wants to be in rooms you have to earn your way into — we should talk.

Earlier this month, I had the opportunity to celebrate several of our team’s top performers alongside Jacob Danzig at The Sanctuary on Kiawah Island.

Beautiful setting.
World-class resort.
Even better company.

But here’s what matters most:

This wasn’t a “company trip.”
It wasn’t random.
It wasn’t handed out.

It was earned.

When you build something performance-based — when you compete, grow, and lead at a high level — moments like this are the byproduct.

Recognition.
Environment.
Access.
Relationships.

I’m proud of the men and women in these photos. They chose to bet on themselves, and they’re seeing the return.

If you’re driven, coachable, and want your work ethic to translate into real opportunity — not just a title — we should connect.

High performers tend to find each other.
