Here are few refund guidelines to consider:

💰 IRS Refund Release Timeline
Most IRS refunds are issued within 21 days after your return is accepted — not filed.

⚠️ Important:
Returns claiming the Earned Income Credit (EITC) or Additional Child Tax Credit (ACTC) are legally held until mid-February due to IRS fraud-prevention rules.

📅 If you fall under this rule, refunds typically begin releasing late February, depending on IRS processing and your bank.

🖥️ You can monitor your refunds by using the app “Where’s My Refund”.
