It’s more common than you think (especially in the tech and biotech industries): high income, significant equity, but a constant, nagging feeling of financial anxiety. I’ve seen couples earning solid salaries who are kept up at night by questions like, “How will we pay for college?”, “Do we have too much money tied up in one place?”, or “How do we make sure we don’t make a costly mistake?”
For many, the main problems are increased complexity and the lack of a cohesive system to manage everything that’s going on. Most of the financial "noise" out there focuses on the market, but I’ve seen that true peace of mind often comes from resolving issues that actually impact you and your family. From understanding the tax implications of your stock options, to putting a plan in place to pay for your children’s education, to “just” making sure you’re on the right track to retire.
I’ve seen how transformative it is when individuals and couples stop wondering "what if" and start following a clear plan to address these questions. My goal is to create the flexibility for you to say "yes" to a family vacation or a new venture without second guessing yourself. If you have the income but lack peace of mind, it might be time to look into a plan that allows you to live day to day with confidence your finances are in good shape.
