🚨 BOI Reporting Alert 🚨

The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals has temporarily reinstated the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA), reversing the previous block. The CTA and its reporting requirements are now back in effect—starting immediately.

Reporting companies that were created or registered prior to January 1, 2024 have until January 13, 2025 to file their initial beneficial ownership information reports with FinCEN. (These companies would otherwise have been required to report by January 1, 2025.)

Reporting companies created or registered in the United States on or after September 4, 2024 that had a filing deadline between December 3, 2024 and December 23, 2024 have until January 13, 2025 to file their initial beneficial ownership information reports with FinCEN.

Reporting companies created or registered in the United States on or after December 3, 2024 and on or before December 23, 2024 have an additional 21 days from their original filing deadline to file their initial beneficial ownership information reports with FinCEN.

What a great event at First Abundant Life Church where we fed hundreds of families with our donations along with the church’s own food source.

It was a pleasure to help and give back to families in need.

As a person who grew up in poverty going to section 8 food pantries this meant a lot to me. Being in need for years to finally being able to give back it feels great and can’t wait to do more ❤️💪🏽

Any extra donations are on the second slide. Any amount is accepted ❤️

We will be giving out cooked food to make sure everyone has a meal this Thanksgiving ❤️

In addition we will be doing a food giveaway on November 26th from 10am-1pm with Hope for Youth in Amityville.

We have enough thanksgiving turkey bags for 20 families in need.
