Its Thursday January 8th, 2026, and the I.R.S will Start Processing Business Returns on January 13th, 2026, at 9amThis includes any Business entity Returns from 2023-2025 And any Business Entity Returns electronically filed after the I.R.S cut off after Dec 26th will be sent over when they re-open
