A scammer using the phone number (501) 667-9715 has been targeting individuals in the tax industry and has now attempted to target members of my team.

⚠️ Their tactic is simple:

* They will text or call pretending to be the owner of a tax business, service bureau, mentor, or leadership team member.
* They will claim there is an urgent situation and ask you to send money via Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, or other payment methods.
* They may impersonate trusted industry leaders to gain your confidence.

🚫 DO NOT SEND MONEY.
🚫 DO NOT CLICK LINKS.
🚫 DO NOT SHARE CLIENT INFORMATION.

For the record:

✔️ My phone number has NOT changed.
✔️ I do NOT have a 501 area code number.
✔️ I will NEVER randomly text or call asking team members to send money through Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, or similar services.

If you receive a message from (501) 667-9715 or any suspicious number claiming to be me, my team, or my business:

📌 Block the number immediately.
📌 Report the message as spam.
📌 Contact me directly using my known phone number or official business channels to verify.

Please share this with other tax professionals, PTIN holders, EROs, and Service Bureaus. These scammers are actively targeting our industry.
