Parehong OFW. Parehong sweldo. Magkaibang ending.

Same salary. Different choices. Different life.

Dream car? Maaari. But build wealth first β€” then buy it smarter.

I had the honour and privilege to speak sa harap ng mga Filipino nurses sa Singapore bilang guest speaker ng PINAS Advocacy -Philippine International Nurses Association Singapore. πŸ‡΅πŸ‡

Why this matter to me so much?

Together with my team, Ad Astra Financial

These are the people na nagbibigay ng pinakamahalagang serbisyo sa Singapore na nasa ospital araw at gabi, malayo sa pamilya, nagpapadala ng pera buwan-buwan.

Pero almost nobody is taking care of THEIR financial future.

They take great care Pinoy man o Hindi but they walang sistema that will help them:

That's why I was there.

at gusto mong malaman kung tama ba ang financial path mo you can also be part of our team. Be part of a team that educates Filipinos in financial literacy.

Salamat sa PINAS Singapore sa pagkakataon. πŸ™
Honored to be part of your community.

30% growth dahil I saved it in SGD rather than PHP> It has more buying power compare if I send it back to Philippines. Lower inflation rate and stronger currency.

As an Associate Director in a financial industry, I always make sure that my time is properly leverage to grow my money towards sustainable wealth over time.
I am strong believer ng patience, commitment and leverage.

As an associate director in the financial industry, I manage and mentor my team. I do my own investments. But since busy most of the time, i look for ways to invest where I wont have to monitor it daily.

So, what I did? I diversify my portfolio to invest in dividend funds. Yes meron charges. But charges are something i am willing to pay to leverage my time and keep me committed. I invest in funds sa singapore that generates dividends every quarter.

So far, i find it one of the most satisfying decision I made dahil I can focus on what I want to do while growing my wealth. Ikaw?

I always want to make my money work hard for me. As a busy professional, checking your investments daily is really tough. So I find ways to grow my money while it generates me passive income thru dividends. Simple idea but works.

Even just by putting your money in a bank account na halos walang interest, your money has grown by 30%.

Here’s how it happened...

Year 2016, ang average palitan was 1SGD=P34 Now 2026, ang average palitan ay P48 per dollar. So kung may $10,000 ka na nakaipit sa unan mo for 10years.

Ang pera mo in conversion sa peso noong
2016 =P340,000
Ngayon?
2026 = P480,000

Imagine kung ang pera mo is also invested in a long term investment tool? That is way more than P480k today. Most likely, almost double or more depende sa startegy mo.
