Andrez Teo , my gay-ass buddy here have growth so much. Standing infront of an agency crowd of 50+ sharing his real “WHY” he joined this industry. Honestly shocking and I would say traumatising, hit him up if you want to know his “why”!

Coming over from a previous career of authority and power, being VULNERABLE was definitely NOT part of his dictionary. But today at Rise&Shine graduation, he displayed the purest form of vulnerability that captured all attention with a 20 seconds silence from the crowd.

Officially claimed my title infront of the entire Great Eastern!

When I received the call from Fiona Foo to inform me that I’ve been picked to share at Achievers Congress 2023. I literally stunned!

While I was planning my content, I had many realisations. It allowed me to see the deeper meaning of my belief and work. Just like a simple title that I had given myself since Year 1. I finally understand why I given myself this title and what it truly meant to me.

Importantly this opportunity have made me realised we are all UNIQUE. Our experience, background and mindset are all different!

Seeing that I’m UNIQUE had given me the courage to share the stage alongside some of company’s best!
