Maraming gustong magpaturo sa akin ng investing sa province namin.

Okay naman yun sa akin. Excited pa nga ako. Pero may kondisyon:
Dapat na-build na nila ang financial foundation.

Kailangan:
1. Merong healthy cash flow.
2. No consumer debt.
3. Have an emergency fund.
4. You're insured.

Sabi ko, kapag okay na ang mga yan, magtuturo na ako ng investing. Kapag kasi wala sa ayos ang foundation, guguho din ang investment.
